H-Town Brew Crew is owned and operated by long-time Houston residents, Clare and Tom Cougill.
Both are long-standing members of the legal profession and neither drank much coffee until recently. Having two teenage daughters brought high-end (and expensive) coffee into their lives.
When the opportunity presented itself to provide Bianchi espresso machines to businesses in the community, they knew that they had found a business venture the whole family would enjoy.
